Do you agree to follow our expectations?

1. Come prepared and on time to raids. Make sure you have any reagents, gear, pots, etc. that you might need. Be online for an invite a half hour before the raid starts and in the instance ten minutes before the scheduled starting time. Do not count on a summon.

2. Your spec could be Shadow or Holy, Prot or DPS, etc, but after you choose what it is, it should remain consistent. Also, to raid, your spec must be a raiding spec.

3. Sometimes raids are overbooked. Raids spots are distributed in the fairest way possible, and complaints about not getting chosen are frowned upon.

4. Do not raid with other guilds or with pugs without officer permission. Be willing to fill a guild raid spot if you are online and have time.

5. We will wipe. Things will get stressful. Please have an open mind and understand that we are all still learning.

6. Keep the drama out of guild chat. If you have an issue, please address an officer.

7. You represent our guild at all times. Please act appropriately no matter where you are or what you are doing.

8. Please treat everyone with kindness and respect.

Indicate Yes or No here:
Although Rez is has a Casual Raid Schedule we demand more than most guilds. Putting out Top DPS/HPS is expected as well as at the same time being fully in control of your Character and having good Situational Awareness. If you do not meet our expectations you will have 2 chances to change, the first after you have an initial 1 on 1 about your peformance with your Class Leader gives you a week to 2 weeks to improve dramatically. The second lets you know if vast improvement doesn't happen very quickly you will be Replaced.

Although this may seem harsh, we expect this level of expertise from everyone in the guild so that our 3 nights of raiding are highly productive.

Do you Feel that you will be able to handle feedback on your performance and strive to be the best at your class?
