In Less than a month we went from an average raiding guild with 1 keeper down, to a prime time raiding guild with everything but Yogg-Saron and Algalon...
Great JOB!
Some key things that have contributed to this I believe are...
1. Staying Focused in Raids, Keeping things positive and working on ways to improve the raid overall.
2. Maintaining a competitive aspect for raiding spots by bringing in new blood that thirst to show their abilities while getting some nice new shiny gear!
3. Getting it done in 3 nights where most guilds take far more.
