Quite possibly the best raid we have had all year. Sure we have blown through content and killed a ton in one night, but to get to icehowl and get him to 30% and NO ONE was really screwing up..

I meant it last night when I said it, the way this guild is right now, is the best composition and skill I have ever seen. It makes me proud to be a GM of such a high class of players with so much skill and attention to their surroundings.

The only thing I can say that we need to work on is closing the gear gap. This is something we have been working on over the past month and it has paid off, our Tanks are impossible to kill, our healers heal like they are two healers for every one of them, our dps ranges from 5k-9k consistently and doesn't flinch if someone dies.

Gear, get those upgrades, get regemmed, get enchanted, upgrade from 232 to 245 if it makes a stat change that is good.
